Subdivision-Wide Garage/Yard Sales
Unless otherwise indicated, sales will be held twice a year, once on the second Saturday in May
and again on the second Saturday in October.

Hours: 7:00 AM to whenever...
If you wish to participate:
- Identify your individual home by putting out balloons on your mailbox and/or putting out signage.
- Please remember to remove your signs after the day of the sale.
- DO NOT advertise in Hanover Manor on Penbrooke and in the Droste and Zumbehl area. They will remove your signs.
If you plan on participating for your street, you can contact the Trustees by sending an email or by leaving a voice message with your street name only.
The subdivision will pay to advertise the sale in the newspaper. Contact the Trustees well in advance of the sale date.
